Joe DeSilva is President of Global Sales. In this role, he leads a team focused on helping businesses of all sizes realize their fullest potential by providing tailored HCM solutions designed to meet the unique challenges facing today’s global workforce. Prior to this role, Joe served as President, Small Business Services, Retirement Services and Insurance Services. He led a team that worked to demystify payroll, HR and benefits for small business owners, and helped to take this worry off their minds so they can focus on what they do best—growing their business.

Justin has held multiple roles over his 14 year career ADP. He is currently a national sales leader contributing to the development and execution of go to market strategy for ADP Major Accounts. Justin is responsible for leading external channel partnership sales which is inclusive of Private Equity, Benefit Brokers, CPA Firms, Value Added Resellers, and ERP’s. His is also focused on growing market share as national sales lead for ADP’s Client Based Acquisitions in the middle market.

An industry leader in technology, Vipul Nagrath brings more than 25 years of experience in developing forward-thinking solutions. Vipul joined ADP in 2015 as SVP and Global Chief Information Officer (CIO) with responsibility for all infrastructure, operations, enterprise applications, enterprise technology systems and processes, end user compute, and mobile & telephony across the globe. In 2020, Vipul was promoted to his current role.

Vipul and his team work closely with ADP’s senior business leaders to execute ADP’s business strategy and identify, prioritize and execute technology solutions that are cost effective, efficient and scalable globally. The focus of Vipul’s organization is to work collaboratively across the organization to ensure that we build strategic capabilities that support an excellent service experience for our clients and associates.

Amin Venjara is General Manager of ADP’s Data Solutions business unit. In this role, he is responsible for cultivating customer value from ADP’s data assets on the world of work covering nearly 20% of US workers. He leads the strategy, execution, and operations of ADP’s DataCloud including HCM analytics and benchmarking and Data-as-a-service (DaaS) business lines.

Previously, Amin was VP of Product for DataCloud, ADP’s ML, analytics, and data platform and DVP of Strategy and Business Development for Compliance Solutions, where he helped lead ADP acquisition of Global Cash Card and the launch of customer and partner experience programs. He also spent over a decade leading teams between the Boston Consulting Group and the startup space. His thinking on how data and ML shape the future of work has been featured in Harvard Business Review, Fortune, and HR Executive.
